Sam Seeley
Sam Seeley, founder and president of The Innovators, brings a passion for connection, creativity, and community to his work with young professionals across the Lakes Region. In addition to leading The Innovators, Sam is a dedicated real estate agent with Keller Williams on the Schmidt Home Team, helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and clarity. His approach blends local knowledge with strategic insight, always grounded in a commitment to building a stronger, more connected region.
A proud Lakes Region native, Sam still calls the area home and remains deeply involved in local events and initiatives. Whether he's hosting networking nights, showing homes, or enjoying the natural beauty of the lakes, Sam brings purpose and enthusiasm to everything he does.
Sarah Kaar
Meet Sarah Kaar, a passionate and solution-oriented real estate professional devoted to providing home buyers, sellers, and investors in New Hampshire with a seamless and rewarding experience. With dual degrees in marketing and an advanced business administration degree, Sarah combines her extensive academic background with an innate understanding of the Lakes Region, where she was raised.
With a wealth of experience in global corporate marketing and consulting, Sarah brings a unique perspective to the multifamily investing space. Her strong negotiation skills and unwavering commitment to achieving exceptional results set her apart, ensuring that both buyers and sellers confidently reach their real estate goals.
When she’s not assisting clients in navigating the real estate landscape, Sarah loves to enjoy the great outdoors. Whether skiing at Loon Mountain, hiking the scenic trails of the White Mountains, camping in the area, or swimming and boating in Lake Winnipesaukee, she embraces all that the Granite State has to offer.
Sarah also shares her adventures with her beloved miniature dachshund, Roxbury, named after Roxbury Road in Sanbornton, where she grew up. Together, they explore the beauty of New Hampshire's landscapes.
Cameron Whitty
Cameron Whitty is a driven and community-minded student at Plymouth State University, where he’s pursuing a double major in Finance and Business Administration with a minor in Professional Sales. A Lakes Region native through and through, Cameron has always had a deep connection to the area and a strong desire to give back.
His experience spans marketing, property management, and staffing, including holding a part-time position as an Executive Admin at SnapRoot Marketing and recent work in the staffing industry, where he continues to build strong communication and client relationship skills. Outside of his academic and professional work, Cameron is actively involved in local community initiatives, always looking for ways to stay connected and make a positive impact.
Jennifer Williams
Jennifer, founder of Sofos Financial Partners, brings over a decade of experience in the finance industry, starting her career as a Senior Tax Accountant before transitioning into comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. As a Certified Financial Planner®, she’s passionate about delivering thoughtful, individualized strategies that go beyond the numbers, addressing retirement planning, investments, tax strategy, estate coordination, and risk management. Her mission is to simplify the complex and empower her clients to make confident financial decisions.
A proud Lakes Region native, she still calls the area home, sharing it with her husband, Matt, and their loyal (and slightly spoiled) dog, Oakley. Whether she's gardening, skiing, hiking, or relaxing by the lake, she brings the same dedication and joy to her personal life as she does to her professional work.
